You cannot verify a Ukrainian company from a spreadsheet. We do it standing on their factory floor.
Independent, on-the-ground verification of Ukrainian suppliers and acquisition targets, written for Western procurement and investment teams. Your dossier arrives in 10 business days.

What you can't see from a distance
Western buyers and investors are waking up to a market most can't reach, and to risks they can't see from a distance. Is the company real? Is the capacity real? Is the ownership clean? Is the location safe to source from?
In a war economy, documents can lie, and Google Maps doesn't walk the floor.
Questions no registry answers:
Can this factory keep its workforce through mobilization?
Will it keep running through a blackout?
How close is it to the front, and how often has the area been hit?
What you receive
A structured dossier on any Ukrainian company you're considering buying from, or buying. It is written the way a Western procurement or investment team wants to read it: clear, evidenced, and ending with a call we're willing to put our name to.
Section 1
Legal
Registration and status, ownership chain to the beneficial owners, tax standing, litigation, and sanctions and watchlist screening.
Section 2
Operational
A physical site visit: real equipment, real workforce, real capacity, and the current order book.
Section 3
Commercial
Export history, certifications checked at the source, existing customers, and payment behavior.
Section 4
Risk read
Location and logistics exposure, war-related risk, workforce continuity, energy resilience, and red-flag indicators.
Section 5
Evidence
Timestamped photos, registry extracts, management interview notes, and the verdict.
Proceed
No significant red flags. Any minor issues come with clear mitigations.
Proceed with conditions
Manageable risks, with the protections we recommend: staged payments, pre-shipment inspection, a follow-up visit.
Do not proceed
A hard stop, and exactly why. Every verdict also says what would change our view.
Why us
We don't verify from Google Maps. Destination Ukraine is a working operation on the ground, with staff, vehicles, and legal counsel on call.
Every dossier is reviewed by a senior lead and written to a Western standard of reporting. Legal findings and the final verdict are reviewed with Ukrainian counsel.
One accountable local team checks the records, walks the site, challenges the claims and explains what the evidence means for your decision.
Pricing
Three levels, fixed prices, no hourly billing. Choose by what's at stake.

Coverage
Standard coverage
Sites reachable as day trips from our operating bases in Ukraine.
Extended travel zone
Sites that need an overnight trip: +$500.
Frontline oblasts
By security assessment and quote. We decline visits the assessment doesn't clear. Your dossier is not worth a life.
Occupied territories
We do not visit. Any company with registration, assets or operations there is flagged.
We work openly
The company knows it's being verified. We ask it to host the visit and show us documents. A supplier who refuses has already told you something important.
If the company refuses or cancels access, you receive the desk findings and a documented record of the refusal. We refund the difference between your tier and Desk Verification, less any travel costs already incurred.
We also verify who we work for. Every client is identity-checked and sanctions-screened before we start.
What a dossier is, and isn't
It is independent, evidence-based verification at a point in time. It is not a legal opinion, a financial audit, a certification audit, or a guarantee of future performance. It is prepared for you, and may not be relied on by third parties without our written consent.
Questions buyers ask
Will the company know we're checking them?+−
Yes. We don't do covert investigations. Being open is what makes a site visit and a management interview possible.
Can you verify ISO, CE, IATF or food-safety certificates?+−
Yes. We check each certificate against the certification body or scheme directory that issued it, not the PDF the supplier sent you.
How is this different from a factory inspection?+−
An inspection checks the floor. We check the floor, the owners, the courts, the tax record and the sanctions lists, then give you a verdict and the contract protections we'd use in your position.
What if the company refuses the visit?+−
You receive the desk findings and a documented refusal, and we refund the difference between your tier and Desk Verification, less travel costs already incurred.
Is it safe for your team to visit?+−
Every visit goes through a security assessment first. Frontline areas are assessed case by case, and we decline visits that don't clear.
Do you verify companies in every sector?+−
Most. Companies in regulated or security-sensitive sectors go through a separate review before we accept the engagement, and some we decline.
Can you keep watching a supplier after we sign?+−
Yes. Ongoing monitoring alerts you to ownership, director, court, tax and sanctions changes as they happen, with a quarterly summary.
Do you work in Moldova too?+−
Yes, through Destination Moldova. Comparing suppliers in both countries? Verify one company in each and take 10% off both.
